At these two sites 77 & 78 we’ve focused on creating outdoor living spaces that invite people to relax and gather, with thoughtful design and quality finishes throughout. From spacious pavilions, a stone fireplace, an outdoor fire pit area, premium-grade seating, grills, and an outdoor TV, our goal has been to offer a setting that feels intentional, welcoming, and homey—while still fitting naturally within the broader Fredericksburg area.
